Can't choose 144Hz, only 60Hz?!
Bought a new monitor: Samsung C27JG5x 144Hz and DisplayPort cable. Yesterday I was able to choose 144Hz both from Win10 settings and Nvidia Control Panel. Today it's stuck on 60Hz, there's no option for 144Hz. I've tried to update drivers, reboot etc... I can't find anything on google. HALP PLZ

Just wipe the drivers. Never do an update when dealing with drivers.

Use the ddu app and wipe your driver brand and monitor from the system entirely, do this in safe mode. Check the options firstly.

When changing any gpu settings, do this solely from nvidia control panel.

Some displays you may even need to go into the displays osd menu and enable such feature.

Another potential trap is that the settings section in the nvidia cp has two sections. The 144hz setting might be further down the list. And check what the cp says about the connection type that is active.

Yeah. The top resolution is UHD and only allows 69hz maximum. You need to scroll down.

I use an HDMI cable and calmly received 144 Hertz (Samsung C27JG50QQI monitor), and there is such a cable in the box. But here you need to look at the version, there should be a minimum of 2.0 and higher. And I went only 2 cable, the first did not work.

Pretty sure the hdmi on display and gpu has to be hdmi 2.0b or 2.1

I know it's a necro but ONLY HDMI PORT 2 supports 144hz.
