Are rosewill lepton psu's any good?

Hi ive been looking for psu's and i stumbled across this: https://www.newegg.com/rosewill-lepton-series-lepton-700-700w/p/N82E16817182400?item=N82E16817182400&source i was wondering if this psu is any good. I checked the psu teir list and it was not there.

EVGA GDs have been pretty good with the ‘egg rebates

Newegg rebates are just newegg gift cards. Pointless unless you really need more from them. Not helpful for someone buying all their PC parts at once to do a single build.

Depends on the manufacturer, usually they are prepaid gift cards like visa / MasterCard / Amex - hate to deal with the rebate and card but better than nothing at all.

The price of decent PSUs has risen in last few months, kinda hard to find a good PSU below $100 anymore.
