Or we can't help
I keep Driverstore Explorer around for cleaning drivers. More general than just GPU ones.
https://github.com/lostindark/DriverStoreExplorer/releases
When you start a game pause it then alt tab down check the taskbar running tasks, check is GFE running with a driver update. If you dont want to update right click it exit. Or do this before starting every game.
I dont install every driver every week since its to improve performance for games I dont even own.
If a driver is working fine dont change it.
And if you don't use any features of GFE uninstall as it's bloatware and spyware, and regardless don't update drivers with it.
It can have bugs in it e.g. this one for starters, but there have been others as well.

I don't use it as I can do a better job of setting the graphics options than it can.
Ansel is built into the game for the other poster, you don't need GFE. I don't use GFE and Ansel works fine.
