I say 9700k and 2080s.
But i can buy 2080 Ti but then i will left without cash. So 2080 Ti will be on desk while waiting for new parts. It will be 2 months waiting.
What is better? Buy now 2080 Super and 9700K and rest parts of pc ,or buy 2080 Ti only and waiting for more cash ,2 months. With 2080 Ti on desk.
Put the rest of the cash in savings.

I'm using an i7-2600 and 1080ti at 1080p. The graphics are nothing special in my opinion.
The rumours about the i7-10700k appearing in mid-April have stopped, possibly because of production difficulties.
Something like a Ryzen 3700 and RTX 2070 SUPER OR RX 5700 XT would be a better match for 1440p. Don't overspend when new hardware is coming out this year.
The reason your graphics are nothing special is because your playing in 1080p still...u can use that 1080ti and get a 4k monitor and play a good bit of games 4k@60fps...i been using a 1080SC to play in 4k and lots of demanding games brought my system down to low to mid 30's...but i digress...to me, fps is a gimmick resolution makes the image more detailed and realistic...resolution is more important to me as long as i have enough fps to run smooth...like 60fps is my limit...
