This is how it works:

300 series (A320, B350, X370) motherboards support 1000 series Ryzen in the original BIOS version and have to be updated for 2000 and 3000 to work.

400 series (B450, X470) boards support 2000 series in the original bios, but usually need to be updated for 1000 and 3000 series CPUs. MSI's B450 MAX motherboards come with an updated BIOS and BIOS chip for proper 3000 series support, and would support PCI-e Gen4 if they would actually do it.

500 series (upcoming B550, X570) boards support 3000 series out of the box, some may need a BIOS update to properly support previous generations, though using previous generations on an X570 would be a stupid waste.

If you're going for the 3600, you're better off with the B450 Tomahawk MAX instead. BIOS is risky for people who don't know what they're doing, and there's no guarantee the board will come with the updated BIOS or the vendor will update it for you
if i go with 2600, then is the board in the link ok?
Yep, supports 2600 right away, no BIOS update needed.

If you're on a tight budget, perhaps a A320M. It works with Ryzen 2600 and Ryzen 3600. If you want 3rd gen Ryzen you have to update the BIO's 2 times with a USB Drive.

I will link a Youtube video, he explains how to update the BIOs.

I advice against A320 mobos. B450M PRO-VDH is the minimum you want to have with Ryzen. Make sure to get the "MAX" one for out-of-the-box Zen2 support.

i have msi b450m-a pro max. i do not overclock. µATX. i am fine with it...no problems. a 65 watts cpu doesnt need that fancy overklocking mobos, in case you dont want to overclock...enough and cheap imho.

It is a fine one, tho make sure to get 2x8 memory modules right away, as single channel is not good, and with 2x4 you'll be stuck with 8GB.

you have to take a look at the vendors website and search for the cpu compatibility. the bios version must work for the type of cpu...else: good mainboard
