I'm afraid CyberPowerPC is not a good choice. They have changed the motherboards part to match their need. Also, they are known to be poor customer service. I take a look at the motherboard, and it is bad VRM design. i9-9900K may is not right for your current motherboard. I would grab a new Z390 or Z370.

Since this is custom order made by asrock for cyberpower their bios would allow it to be overclocking, regardless any issues you have with bios, or hardware related for motherboard, you have to bark at Cyberpower if it's something they mess up on, or such as communication between components. This is not a common product, nor is it widely sold, so most people will not know of it, as the only place can even find anything on it is people talking about it on the forum.
If you're not having any more problems, then best I can assume you were given a 80+ white PSU that was not able to handle the task for your hardware configuration.
