Did you allow Radeon Settings: Host Service to have access to the microphone? Windows Privacy setting.
Volume?
you good sir showed me the way. appreciate!
Same issue here. For me it says Radeon Settings: Host Service currently has the microphone in use though
this ReLive is horrible ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥...since last patch it never starts, if i open the AMD thingy, it says "on" :D
I'd say just use OSB, it's way better than AMD/NVidia stuff.
can OSB record my last 90seconds perma and insta save it?

You mean, like, it's recording all the time, and saves last 90 seconds when you press some hotkey? Sure, it's called "replay buffer" there.
ah, thought it is only to broadcast, appreciate it.

Nah, it's actually got everything you might ever want. Here's how to setup replay buffer.

Also make sure to select AMD Advanced Media Framework or whatever it is for your graphics card for encoding under "recording" in settings, to use graphics card's hardware acceleration. OBS supports NVidia NVENC, Intel Quick Sync and AMD AMF, so it's an ultimate tool for streaming/recording for any kind of PC.

obs replay is ♥♥♥♥ like do you know there such thing as fps drop? obs drops fps a ♥♥♥♥ ton and amd doesn't at all... that's why amd, shadowplay are best for recording and replays...

The last post before yours was April 4th, 2020.

Anyway, fps drops especially when using streaming programs and replay features is usually indicating a high cpu or gpu usage, lack of ram utilizing the drive instead of available memory likely due to lack of such.

I can use obs-s without issues and even have two streaming programs, one with instant replay, a high demand game, and actively stream with said replay by having the available resources; a strong gpu, a strong cpu, and a large amount of ram.

So "best" is likely based upon your systems ability and limitations. Streaming in general means you need to plan in advance for the parts you want to use.

Notice how the thread even says "[Solved]"?

Well, learn to use OBS then. It supports encoding hardware acceleration, and it's highly tweakable.
