but the gpu will be the limiting factor at 1440p using the 1660ti
if you lower settings to mins it should run ok
but every game will be different
I spent a year with 2160p display combined with i7-3770k on b75 motherboard + rx588. Even then i did not have to set everything to low or reduce resolution, medium settings with no AA ran just fine for modern games. Stuff like ETS2 even ran at max settings, 60fps and <100 gpu load.
CPU might be an issue in very few modern games, but not to unplayable level either.
All this assuming taget is around 60FPS, not 144 or something.
