What’s the best CPU can this MOBO support with and without a BIOS update?

dude i got no clue what bios you have on your board how would i know > ? you asked for the best CPU that the board supports i just showed you the website that shows .. what it supports ..and under what BIOS version ..see the link i posted .

all the ones that say 7971vC0.zip
thats the oldest vios for the board

7971vCA.zip is a newer that supports all cpus
7971vCE is the latest bios ver

but the older bios will work enough with newer cpus to update bios for full support of all listed cpus

If the board is still using the original BIOS it shipped with then it will support 6th gen up to the I7 6700K (7971vC0), with a BIOS update (7971vCA) it will support 7th gen up to the 7700K.

That’s why I asked, what’s the best CPU without Bios Update and what’s the best with a Bios update....
