Informar de un error de traducción
Bring up task manager and right-click radeon software: host service > end task, close task manager.
In file explorer navigate to c://program files > AMD > CNext > CNext and delete (or cut/paste elsewhere if you want to keep the languages for another time) the localisation folder, then restart the PC. Radeon settings should default to English.

Though with the localization folder gone you may not have other languages to change to.
As drivers usually are in English by default or at the very least, pick the language based on the default you have set already in your OS.
So not sure why it's been happening.
I find it rather intriguing, at first I had thought i accidentally picked said language While installing the driver, until i found that it's a seemingly common issue when i googled it.
