I highly suggest to upgrade your RAM to 3200 MHz CL16 or lower CAS.
You have 2 different RAM modules in your prebuilt PC. Did you add 1 module at a point?
You might also think about more SSD storage and HDD storage for your upgrade.
If you want to upgrade your graphics card too, the installed PSU might be insufficient. Rmove the sidepanel, there should be a sticker on the PSU containing all the information.
If you just use your PC for gaming, the 9700k / 9700f, is more attractive.
i would advise against that if your budget is only $1000 as you wouldn't have enough money left over for other upgrades.
9900kf + gigabyte z390 aorus master = $749
or
3600 + tomahawk max = $295
it also can help with video encoding, taking some load off the cpu and dedicated gpu if streaming while gaming, but it does rob some system ram if its enabled
if you have a higher end gpu, the extra video encoding load is not anything to worry about
a quality 600w psu is enough for any single cpu and gpu system
the igpu is slightly better than a gt730

what gpu do you plan on pairing with it?
I plan to save up for an MSI GeForce RTX2070 Super Gaming X Trio 8GB GDDR6
