Voltage is safe to 1.52V which you not going to reach because you cooling will be insufficient befor.
still does not matter. Befor you hit the voltage limit you'll hit the temp limit of your cooler unless you doing soem exotic cooling as cacade or LN2 cooling.
This is around 1.25v max.
It am running air cooled, I used to have an AIO but with it the chip instantly overheated when running a heavy all-core workload. AIO might have been bad, not sure.
