번역 관련 문제 보고
The motherboard appears to be standard ATX hole pattern so it should fit a normal ATX case, and for the motherboard power connector you may have to cut / splice the old connector on a new 450w+ power supply as this guy did[forums.lenovo.com].
Have done similar swaps in the past, it's not hard just a bit of time and if you're not familiar with electronics best hire some help with the power connectors (beer and pizza works wonders)...
Outside of that, best you can do is a low-profile 1030, it will be near double the performance[gpu.userbenchmark.com] of the gt730.
So am able to switch the GPU to a GT 1030?
In your case, there's no much you can do in that PC. The size of the actual GPU could help me to search a new model to you, but the actual ones won't fit in the case.
If you can, change the case and the power supply, and then you can install a newer card on the PC.
And about the last thing that you said here..
What else could I tell you? That PC, or directly, the ones that came from a factory don't allow costumization. The ones that allow it are mostly the made by the users, not "Lenovo" or "HP", for example.
I agree, if I were to change the case, power supply and GPU then may as well just get a custom built PC and if possible I could salvage the CPU.

recomends a 300w psu, but with an itx board and few accessories it will be ok with the 250w
or you can transplant the board/drives into a mid tower case for any gpu/psu
