Is there an overclock on the CPU?
What is the ambient temp like? (This will result in higher temps.)
How fast is the CPU fan spinning at idle? (Higher idle temps.)
Are you sure the cooler is seated properly?
It has to be one of these three, because I've got the i5-6600k (@3.6-9Ghz), Intel stock cooler, and it's running 29 degrees (Pretty much idle.)
Gaming temps are fine, plenty of headroom, you won't really have a problem until 75c, then I'd start worrying, but below that you're fine.
As for the AIO, unless you're planning on doing super heavy overclocks (5+Ghz), there really isn't a point. The 212 Evo will handle any light overclock.
I'd replace the GPU fan if I were you. It will have an impact, if not now, later, when the dust builds up.
(You could just ghetto it, and take the shroud off, and strap 2 80-120mm fans on it with Zip-ties. Would prolly result in better temps too.)
You're fine. Stop worrying. You should be worrying if the CPU is at 90+ degrees.
Anything running in the background can cause this, so you should sort that out
also
Go into the BIOS and enable Intel Speed Step(If not enabled)
This will allow the clocks to lower when power is not needed
The issue with the fan blades, as they are uneven they are probably causing the blades to shake or spin unevenly, if temps are the same and there are no sound defects, i suppose it could be left alone.
Hyper 212 is plenty for that CPU, as youve stated yourself with temps being 50-60c with load, thats NORMAL temps. You dont need a different cooler as far as that goes.
