I have a laptop running a 3200U and Vega 3 and tested even older 3D titles like Fallout: New Vegas, which struggled to run even at low~medium. That laptop probably wouldn't be able to run 3D graphics like that at all.
Even as a daily driver home/work/school PC, that laptop will run very poorly without an SSD.
This list is a mix of all sorts of genres.
Max Payne & Max Payne 2
Red Faction & Red Faction 2
Medieval Total War (the first one)
Shogun Total War (the first one)
Rome Total War (the first one) (seeing a pattern here?)
Torchlight (activate "netbook mode" in the graphics settings)
18 Wheels of Steel American Long Haul
Tomb Raider Anninversary, Legend, and Underworld
Possibly the first Borderlands game (non-Enhanced version, it's included when you purchase the Enhanced edition. Enhanced is the only version currently sold on the Steam store).
Dragon Age Origins
Portal
Half Life
Fallout 3
Shadow Ops: Red Mercury
Anno 1602
Deus Ex GOTY (the original Deux Ex)
Deus Ex Invisible War
Project Snowblind
Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind
Grand Theft Auto 3
F.E.A.R.
Thief Gold, Thief The Metal Age, Thief Dark Shadows
Gun
Death to Spies
Prince of Persia - Sands of Time, Warrior Within & Two Thrones
Civilization 3
at 720p
Tomb Raider 2013, Mass Effect 1/2/3 . ACreed Brotherhood /Rogue / III , Dirt 3 , Skyrim , Torchlight I/II , Quake 4 and etc

edit
i pointed out games which i like and think one is likely to enjoy playing them . There re a lot which will run too like ACreed I/II , FEAR , Far Cry , Tomb Raider Underworld and etc.
- LoL
- Dota 2 (play all low, may suffer lag especially while playin with PL/DK)
- Genshin Impact (1k+hrs 30 average fps. 0 fps HD cutscene. check hyoylab ign: Arkronian, i
made guide there)
- Warframe (medium still playable)
- Farcry 3 (need mod for better fps)
- Skrym LE (2k+ hrs on it, Smooth with all mods even LL mods, prolly just error som combat mod)
- SAO FB or Lost Songs
- Osu
- rFactor F1 2016 mod
- Scania truck simulator
- Honkai Impact 3rd (smooth)
- wild life (may suffer lag)
- darksouls ptd (need mod for better fps)
- minecraft bedrock
- Monster hunter rise Demo both the original and the subreak (suprisingly smooth combat, i hope someone buy me this game lol, i wanna try it with full game)
- PPSSPP emulator (MonHun, Tekken, PES, etc)
- Pes 2015
Unplayable:
- PUBG/PUBGM
- Raft
- Minecraft java (idk how to fix it)
- valorant (not that lag but too much stuttering, even with low reso 160p. so unplayable for fps)
- PS2 emulator (Rise to Honor, etc)
- Cemu and others (MHXX, etc)
P.S but you need some costum setting to get better fps, such as:
- disable all auto run features, prolly need to disable antivirus except windows defender
- use costum gaming battery plan
- use amd adrenaline driver instead the usual one, lastes version for this device was v21.5.2
- disable some unnecessary windows features
- disable windows upadate
- its just to make sure you only play the game, no other heavy process outside game running
- have fun
