CPU Maximum Frequency drops to 15%
Almost everytime I play a game, it drops to 3-6fps, then I check Resource Monitor, the maximum frequency is only 15% as usually on 64-100%, it's unplayable and Alt+Tabing is slow.

I've tried High Performance mode, Minimum Processor State to 100%
I tried search it and no fix.

Please help

Use HW Monitor, run a game for 15-20 mins then report back max temperatures.

the lag havent came back, but it's 68C (154F) while charged, and high performance mode

hwmonitor logs min/max temps

run it and play til it throttles
then check the max temp, if its 90-100c thats the problem

clean its vents and a cooling pad will help

Ok it's not that hot. I bought the laptop in December, I'm sure there aren't dusts on the vents
Another thing I noticed is that the lag always comeback when I play my laptop while charging

* core temp
the laptop case/shell will never be as hot as the cpu itself

Problem Fixed.
As it turns out core parking is enabled and I disabled it using ParkControl
