the cpu is fine for 60fps in most games, but for 4k, its 4x the gpu load vs 1080p
Get that 2070 Super, you can always upgrade the CPU later if it's performance is lacking.
But okay, I'll get the 2070S and then I'll decide based on the performance, since I am upgrading from the 1050ti, which is a very poor card to have in 2020.
To OP: resolution won't change CPU performance, so if you're happy with your framerates with the CPU you currently have - you'll be exactly as happy after getting new graphics card and going higher resolutions.
Oh, right, you don't know what bottleneck is, hence you just check "bottleneck calculator" website that just gives you random numbers, and then you assume you know something.
cpu, gpu, game engine, vsync are most common
Even a 2080 Ti has a hard time raytracing at 4K, so I highly doubt it.
The 6420P should be fine until you upgrade the CPU to something better.
4K is best with at least a 2080, you'll have to drop a lot of settings for the 2070-Super.
I would just keep the 1050 Ti for another build or sell it, there's no way to use it with the 2070-Super to improve its performance because the 1050 Ti doesn't support SLI, SLI has to be used with a near identical card (i.e. another 2070-Super), and the 2070-Super doesn't use the standard SLI connection because all RTX cards now use NVLink instead.
There's no real reason to even keep the 1050 Ti in the same system as a 2070-Super, so find another use for it or just sell it to make a little bit of money back that could be used to upgrade your CPU later.
Lastly, what are your full system specs, especially your motherboard and RAM?
