Can’t change clock speed for ryzen 1200

I’ve watched tutorials and stuff on how to overclock ryzen CPU’s but it doesn’t let me change the clock speed from auto to the speed I want?

I have a ryzen 1200 and my motherboard is a gigabyte

I’m in bios. I’m completely new to this trying to learn, so wouldn’t be surprised if this is wrong

they are binned as fast as they can safely go, and will turbo as high as they can with the cooling they have

Is it worth overclocking my gpu or ram? I have a GTX 1660 super and 8gb Corsair vengeance 3000mhz. I’m doing it because I play fortnite competitively and nearing the end of the game the amount of players and builds causes frames to drop from 130-160 down to 50-60

You should get another stick of 8GB, 16GB would be enough for gaming, 8 isn’t enough for most games.
