Weird Switch Pro Controller Drift
I just got a brand new Switch Pro Controller the other day, and noticed something really weird. The right stick drifts... but only after I press a button. I connect the controller either through bluetooth or USB, and it's just fine. But after I press any button, the mouse immediately starts moving on it's own unless I hold the stick slightly up and to the right. I'm not sure if this is a problem with Steam or Windows or what, but I know it's not the controller. My other controller did the exact same thing drifting in the same direction. Any help would be appreciated.

There are drift issues on the nintendo controller products.
I have been using a Switch Pro Controller for a couple years now and not had any issue until about 3 weeks ago. I am getting a constant false backward input from both the left and right sticks. I bought a new Pro Controller and out of the box within 15 minutes was having the same issue. I switched to my Xbox 360 style Logitech that I normally only use on Epic, and it also had these same input issues. Wondering if you are having the same trouble? Have you tried another controller?

I've done some experimenting with various Steam Controller configurations, and my problem seems to lie where Steam handles the joystick mouse. It doesn't drift in-game at all, but the joystick mouse does. Disabling joystick mouse solved my problem completely.
