That is a very weak laptop and won't be able to play most games, you mostly will only be able to play small 2D indie titles.

The issue is you don't have a gaming type laptop. It's not low end per-say for regular tasks like web browsing, productivity and video playback, it is low end for gaming purposes.

In addition to what's been said above, search for YouTube for games using the 620. There are loads of benchmarking videos.
