The game was console released during 2013. Didn’t come out until 2015 for PC
Which doesn't make it a 2013 game. The PC version is an updated version.
What are you talking about, son? It is a 2013 games. A Team Fortress 2 is a 2007. If we got heavy update, do we call tf2 a 2020 game? No! It is still 2007, no matter where it came out.
Oh, and if I install some 2019 graphical mod to TES IV: Oblivion it won't magically make it a 2019 game. GTAV is initially a 2013 game, and it has barely changed since then except for few graphical features. It certainly did not change the engine, and the engine is not able to use DX12/Vulkan.
I ran with normal settings. But the GPU still hits 99%. But i also Tested Rise of the Tomb Raider which does push the CPU pretty hard on 1080p, and i still didn't notice a big difference. certainly not 20 to 30 fps like it was shown in the video. I don't have Watch dogs 2. And Assassin's creed is even using 100% CPU on 4K, and the frame rate is utter garbage. Lots of stuttering.
There’s your problem. You’re trying to run 4K, WHILE your cpu is at its 100. That is not normal.
The Only game that it happens on. The game is pushing my CPU hard regardless of the Resolution. I've read its because they're using a very bad implantation of Denuvo.
ah these things. they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up arkham knight as well. from what i heard from epic game store, removing D boost frame rate by 10-15 but i suspect there was a possible margin of error in couple vid i've seen.
I was one of the people Who played Arkham Knight on launch. It was so bad. It actually still isn't stable. Still lots of stuttering, and the GPU usage is jumping all over the place.
But i think we're getting off topic.
But Higher resolution should put less stress on the CPU, and more on the GPU. That's why i play most of my games on 1440p or 4K.
