HOLY... Top
Screw that company.
Reddit would probably go to town on that.
"Yeah! quitting time. The other dude can put in the last pipe and pack it up tomorrow. I'm outta here!"
Probably. Sorry to hear you got shafted. Hope you get the bulk of your money back. May want to ask a local lawyer what it would cost for him to send a note with an official letterhead of his office to expedite things. Usually gets the gears in montion.
Damn.
If this was my experience, I would post a very negative review--keeping it drama-free and to the point. This should be the rarest of exceptions, never "occasional" or "sometimes". I'm sorry too. Some employee/s need to learn a lesson by being escorted to the nearest exit sign.
back , but had a local build the pc instead, even though it cost more.
Glad I did............
Cyberpower has been in business for many years... so , they must be doing a few things right.
Check this Cyberpower review for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M68aE1za_Ak
Prebuilt and good in the same sentence seems to be quite rare.
I used Cyberpower and iBuypower years ago
Never had a problem with either one.
As far as buying a PC from them supposedly with coolant everywhere, you run that risk with any system that is liquid cooled during shipping.
Assuming this is real -
Next time build it yourself.
I picked from a pre-selection list of parts options.
When it arrived the motherboard was not in line with the case, meaning that the PS2 ports and most of the USB ports were not usable as nothing would physically fit in.
For how much the PC cost I would have expected more care and concern for the build,
They offer their discord for support but it’s pretty much useless. I saw no staff or support there, it’s just other users showing off their rigs. Most of them can’t help you. Its more of a discord chat than real support but this is what they advertise as the official support,
Oh wait wait wait
What about Dell and HP, l m sure dell will spam you with trash :)
If you want a new pc, buy parts and build it by yourself or give 40$ to trusted shop where they can build it for you
Store brand PCs/laptops are not what I would choose, ever.
