How much cooler will the CPU become with a thermal paste?
and whats a good thermal paste?

Swapping thermal paste will make little to no difference. A few °C if you are lucky.

MX-4 is what I always use. Cheap, effective and it spreads really nicely.

How could I cool my CPU then? without underclocking

Buy a better cooler.

What are you talking about anyway? Is your CPU overheating? If it is not there is nothing to worry about.

Well, I don't think its overheating but I don't think 75 is a good temp

You have a Ryzen right? 75c is a great temperature while under load. Worry when it gets close to 90c.

Its not 100% under load, sometimes even when 30% under load, but that was one time, but still doesn't it lower the cpu lifespan?

Nope. Not at all. That temperature is completely fine.
No it's fine; Ryzen unlike older AMD stuff is just fine when under 90*C, just like Intel's offerings.

And also you have to be mindful of what app you monitor a Ryzen based system with because most apps are wrong when it comes to any AMD CPUs

What exactly do you have for:
> Motherboard
> CPU
> Case
> all cooling fans

B450M Pro4 ASRock
Ryzen 5 2600

Stock CPU Cooler and one case fan
Terrible Case with little to no airflow
Buy a case that allows at least 5 Case fans...
for example; 1x Rear, 2x Top, 2x Front and install Fans in ALL of those placements
otherwise you have no airflow in the case

the stock AMD cooler is fine, changing pastes wont do anything; you lack airflow; that is the issue here.

It wasn't the issue with my last cpu, not changing a case, if the temp is fine
It's too hot though; it should never be getting this hot, period.
Folks don't seem to understand; CPUs and GPUs run fine when out in the open, sure.
But inside a Case, you need to provide airflow for Intake and Outtake; otherwise the CPU and GPU suffocates and just keeping sucking on the heat it has been exhausting back into the case; thus the temps will continue to rise.

At the very least, outfit the Case with quality fans at every placement it has; such as the front of that case, so you have cool air coming in. Just having a single rear exhaust fan isn't helping one bit. Your parts will overheat if you run it at high loads long enough.
My cooler master fusion 400 paste dropped my cpu temps by 8c so it was worth it when i was on a hot as crap 9370 it kept the core temps below 54 c so it kept it at safe temps. Artic silver failed hard when i was using that. I got a 2700x now so its a joke to keep cool on my Aio compared to that 9370.
Best bet is always use some of your own paste; never the crap that comes with a cooler when its the pre-applied kind. The pre-applied kind wont last long and will get rock hard.
Could it be hot because of the cable managment?
