best software to underclock msi gs65
no hard feelings its overheating
intel extreme manager doesnt works :)

I would try undervolting before underclocking if you wanna lower the temps, the difference between these is that undervolting does not decrease performance whilst underclocking does.

There is no software; do it in the bios.
Also try capping the max CPU via Control Panel > Power Options > pick a profile > edit it
