Installing Win 10, Need Drivers Advice

Hi to all.

So i'm (finally) installing Win 10 on my wife's PC, but i need some advice about which drivers to install & the order to install them.

She has a ASROCK H81M-ITX mobo & a GTX 1050Ti GPU, this is the drivers list on the website:

Realtek high definition audio driver ver:7614
INF driver ver:10.1.1.8
Intel Management Engine driver ver:11.0.0.1158
Intel Smart Connect driver ver:5.0.10.2907

I'm pretty sure that i don't need a lot of these, so i'm thinking that the following will be all i need & i can just let Win 10 do any others that are needed:

INF driver ver:10.1.1.8
Intel Management Engine driver ver:11.0.0.1158
Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver and utility ver:14.6.0.1029
Realtek high definition audio driver ver:7614

I'll also install the latest NVIDIA Display Driver too.

So my questions are:
1. Are the above 4 drivers all i need or do i need others from the top list?

2. Is there a specific order i should be installing them?

If you use the Windows Update system in setting you should have all the necessary driver to use windows 10 or you can also use a 3rd party driver tool such as "Driver Genius". Hope this helps you!

I'm not really a fan of the "Driver Install" programs. I've read that some of them aren't any good so i just prefer to do it myself rather than take the risk.

Windows 10 is quite good at retrieving generic drivers all on it's own, such that you can transplant a hard drive to a totally different machine and windows will boot (though it will complain about licence activation). That was unheard of for most older versions of windows.

Getting driver updates from the OEM or part manufacturer might get some updated features like more advanced Realtek Audio plugins or Nvidia graphical bug fixes that haven't made it up Microsoft's grapevine yet, but on the whole, just sticking with windows automatic driver updates is okay for general use.

get the correct drivers from the mobo mfg
and the latest from the chipset mfg

I got all of the drivers from the mobo website, but i always thought that the Chipset Drivers were on the Mobo website, never heard of a Chipset Website.
Isn't the INF Driver the Chipset Driver?

It is.

I'd suggest chipset, audio and display - in that order. Also network & wireless if available.

What about Intel Management Engine & Intel Rapid Storage?

I'm not convinced they're entirely necessary.

All you need is...

Intel Chipset INF
Drivers for gpus, audio, lan, wifi, bt; etc.

First, update to latest bios and either update win10 to 1909 or clean install 1909 by remaking your usb flash drive with latest Win10 64bit using MS media creation tool.

Then enable NET/ASP Frameworks in Win10. Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows Features On/Off

Then install...

DirectX Redist June 2010

Visual C Runtimes Redist; 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2015, 2017; both x86 and x64 versions of each.

Ok, cool, i've got those Drivers ready & i've also made the Win10 USB (i'm assuming it's the latest version since i got it from the Microsoft website today).

I've never actually done a Bios Update, so i'll have to google how.

What does NET/ASP Framework do?

The Frameworks and Runtimes are required by drivers, apps, games.
