Detroit Become Human Crashing
Is anybody else experiencing crashing issues with the pc port of Detroit? I bought it on launch day and have been trying to figure out why it keeps crashing within the first few mins of getting into the game. Even after the patch that supposedly fixed the crashing its still doing it. The game will freeze, make the windows 10 notification sound, then the classic "Detroit Become Human has stopped working" message pops up.

Will most likely just get the ps4 version of the game if all else fails, however the game looks so much better on pc, so I want to try everything I can.

(Yes I know I am a terrible person for buying it from Epic, but I really wanted to try the game out and at the time I didint have a ps4)

Well I have already spent about 40 dollars on the pc version, so I really would like to try and find a fix, especially since the other two quantic dream games run fine.

Update bios.
Update Win10 to 1909
Ddu wipe all Drivers in safe mode.
Reboot and download/install all latest drivers for everything; chipset, gpu, audio, lan, wifi, bt; etc.

Best option would be to post on the game official forums if they have any to find the issue since epic does not offer forums.

Because Epic doesnt have its own forum.

That's why I won't buy through Epic Games. All they seem to care about and support is Fortnite. They don't care about its customers and don't have a community forum for many of the games they offer. They take your money and put blame for troubles on the game developer and users pc.

The same thing happened with RDR2.

If it doesn't come to GOG or Steam, I probably won't play it on PC. And well, you can see why. There's very little if any support from EPIC and while relying on the community is fine, however that shouldn't spill over into Steam Community for a non-steam client game. This leaves places like Reddit
