Could be caused by corrupted installs
due to connection issues or RAM or HDD/SSD issues

Would be helpful if you could post screenshots of the errors

Copy your Win10 key first just to be safe and have it as a backup in case you ever need to enter it. Though, if you cant install SPECCY that may not be possible.

Where did you get the PC and what are its specs?

Also
Did you do all the Windows Updates before you attempted to use the PC normally?

It sounds like exe files became associated with Winzip by mistake. SOME exe file are self extracting archives. But most are not.
Winzip wants you to buy the premium version. Uninstall Winzip. Get 7-zip and install that one. Much better.

Windows comes with its own unzipping feature
If you didnt actually install Winzip (it should be shown in add/remove programs if you did) then the system could be referring to that.

Its possible the problem you are encountering may have to do with Windows Account control where it brings up a dialog box to make sure you want to open something. you can temporarily turn off UAC to see if that is the cause.

Have you tried opening the programs with run as administrator?
