Do I want the PhysX driver?
I switched from Nvidia to an AMD 5700 XT video card. I removed all the Nvidia software. Then I shut down and swapped the cards. When I booted up it downloaded both Nvidia and AMD drivers. I thought that was a bug. But now I read that the PhysX software has become open source. It can run in the CPU. I do see the PhysX driver installed. I have a Ryzen 3600 CPU. Do I want the PhysX driver or will that kill performance?

PhysX games require is regardless of gpu installed because it will just use cpu if using amd gpu.

First use ddu and go to safe mode, then wipe amd and nvidia. Then reboot and install...

Amd ryzen chipset driver

Amd gpu driver

Nvidia PhysX standalone

Get them all from amd.com and nvidia.com
