Overclock stuck or something? (solved)
I overclocked my graphic card. The core clock is 1435 and the memory clock is 1575. I enable memory timing level 2 for the extra 10% performance. But I notice my core clock is always used up to 958Mhz and my memory clock used all 1575. Is this normal for some graphic card to be stuck at specific numbers? Because the stock speed of my RX 560X is 1175 and the memory clock is 1275.
Overclock is pretty stable in all game I play but I feel cheated out of performance.

Everything is up to date. Driver isn’t relevant because the 958Mhz was still the same on every driver update. Other than that it’s good.
Bump: here’s a benchmark of an overclocked gpu; he’s using up all the clock speed for RDR2 https://youtu.be/VvVM6vhgEu8
Change settings in Window's Power plan or select the high performance mode.

I already did that. Two months ago.
You may have installed an application from your notebook manufacturer which interferes and sets the clock of your GPU to the value you have atm.

What notebook model do you own?

Another possibility'd be thermal throttling, but since the frequency is unaltered, I don't think you have an issue caused by heat.

AN515-42. My laptop keep a cool 49-51 degree Celsius in heavy game like Witcher 3 and GTA 5
Check Acer's NitroSense for any power saving setting and use AMD's Wattman to overclock your GPU. Wattman is build into AMD Radeon Software.
Have you actually checked it while playing? If there's no load, the GPU will not reach its set 100%.

All to max

Good point I haven’t looked at the usage.
Wipe out all gpu drivers and software. Then clean install latest amd chipset drivers, gpu driver and msi Afterburner
