Reallocation Sector Count in HDDSCAN?
Heard some weird sounds from my PC and of course went to google, downloaded a software called HDD Scan and went onto the SMART report and 3 "caution" alerts came up I guess. It's just a triangle like caution, I feel as if it were urgent it would be more apparent.

Those 3 were temperature, airflow, and Reallocation Sector Count. Temps and airflow not surprised, I kid you not the guy who built this pc put only 1 single fan and it was an exhaust fan. No fans to bring in air so the cooling in it is pretty crappy.

But the reallocation sector count I didn't know about and looked it up, it says it signifies a failure of the HDD and could lead to corruption. I've owned this system for 3 years and so far, only the GPU has failed me. I haven't lost any data, save games, downloads, game downloads all there. Nothing missing.

Feel I should come here and make sure I'm not gonna loose my HDD and if I should start backing up more things that I don't want to loose such as save games.

drive is going bad, replace it asap

you can use hwmonitor to see the drive temps
if its over 60c then its poor airflow in the case
get a case fan for infront of the hdd cage, most are intake

also clean it about every 3-6mo, use compressed air

Yes that is literally a warning to prepare for failure and to secure your data before that happens.
Time to bust out that old flash drive.

Though with compressed air canisters, I've heard some YouTubers (JackSepticEye) that they use like an electric canister that is pretty much just compressed air but you don't need to replace it constantly. Know any place I could get my hands one?

pick up a small aircompressor
most hardware stores have decent 1-2g for under $50
will have many more uses than to clean pcs

If the number isn't increasing you could probably still use it for a while for non critical storage. Just be aware there's a chance of losing what you put on it eventually. I've had a drive that has had one bad sector for ages and it hasn't increased.
Buy a handheld blower. Plenty on Amazon
