Windows 10, IP Helper service not starting automatically
So, i have Windows 10 1803 Build 17134.441 and am in need for the IP Helper service to run to use the multiplayer of Forza Horizon 4.
Somehow, despite it being set to start automatically, it does not do that. I have to start it manually for it to work. After that it's smooth sailing until the next boot of the computer.

This is starting to drive me nuts. Not sure what to do.

Possibly one of the dependency services might not be starting, worth checking them, properties on IP helper/dependecies

Failing that, create a sheduled task on login with a batch file containing:
net start iphlpsvc

Checked them all, they are all set to automatic. This boot it worked fine and the IP Helper Service started on its own.

Try setting it to delayed start. that fixed a few services for me on win 7 back in the day
