Corsair Void pro mic issue

So I have the wired corsair void pro, its not new or anything but when I reinstalled windows the mic is really bad. It sound like a robot. Any ideas?

Right click the speaker down the bottom right.
Then click on sounds, then click the '''recording''' tab, then right click the headset, and click properties, then click advanced, and click the dropdown, and select the highest you can.

Should fix the problem.

Or, just make sure it's properly plugged in, lmao.
