EVERYTHING was running great, I haven't change anything other than reset.
This is one of the typical and very common issues people experience after doing a Windows reset.
The easy way of fixing it will be reinstalling Windows.
and right after the installation manually install the drievrs from the manufatcurer website of your laptop. Start with the chipset drivers and then with the other drivers.
