375 PSU Enough for this computer?
CPU - I5-2400 3.1Ghz
GPU - Radeon HD 7770 1GB Ghz Edition
MOBO - Asus P8P68-M
RAM - 2x4GB DDR3 1333Mhz GOODRAM
HDD SEAGATE 500GB 3,5'' SATA 3 16MB 7200
PSU DELL L375P-00 375W

Is this PSU is enough or i need to buy new one.

tdp of your cpu + gpu is 95w + 80w everything else does not matter that much...
