Downgraded bios, now its just rebooting
Hi!
I have Asrock AB350 Pro 4
It was good until a guy told me to update it to 6.0 version.

I did the update but every game lagged. So i tried to go back, installed 3.4 i think, then after the reboot, the problem happened:
Its just keeps rebooting.
Tried cmos reset thing with jumper and battery, pushing power button etc.

So its over?
Should i buy a new one?

Or buy just the necessary chip component and some equipment and try to replace it? I guess that would be more expensive at first.

Thank you for the answers

The bios chip is soldered i know, thats why i should just buy a new one, because i dont have the equipment?

And last:
The downgrade was because i read the warnings after update and llagging, like install stuff before update, so i just followed the instructions by downgrading i guess.
If your board does not post, the bios you flashed has you cpu listed as supported and resetting cmos does not help then it sounds like something went wrong and bios is broken. You could always try to find someone who can fix the bios for you. It is not too hard - desolder, write using external progremmer, resolder. Can be done at home with minimal equipment, but if you havo no experience you are very likely to break stuff. At least where i live it is not hard to find small repair shops which can do such work for like ~$10.

Boot into bios again use the restore defaults. press F10 to save and exit.
No need to update Bios or touch the bio settings unless there is a definite improvement for a problem.

Does bios you flashed support your CPU? If not you might solve the issue by finding old (supported) CPU somewhere.
If this is not the issue and standard troublshooting does not work (removing all non-essential hardware and such) the bios might indeed be broken and you might have to flash it using soome external tools. What's your motherboard model?

Asrock AB350 Pro 4 from the OP.

Yeah, sorry, did not read carefully enough.
This board seems to have soldered bios (photos on manufacturer's site are not great in terms of quality), so it might be a good idea to find someone with the tools needed.
Also, what CPU do you have?

There is a warning to install: AMD all in 1 with VGA driver ver:18.10.20_NHDA" or a later version before updating to this BIOS.

That's for without a compatible CPU. But OP seems to have it booting properly.

Does it boot to BIOS at all? Or does it turn on and then shut off?

All Ryzen boards, BEFORE you do any bios update, use DDU and wipe all the Graphics drivers. Wiping Intel or AMD WILL also wipe the Chipset drivers, which is what you want gone. Then you reboot, update to latest bios, then once in Windows, download the latest chipset and gpu drivers and install one at a time, chipset first. Reboot after each driver install.

You try unplugging from power source for a couple minutes?. You got different ram/gpu to test with?.

BIOS update was the root cause.

Can you stop answers about going in windows or bios, or posting the same link 3rd time? I cant go in bios, i cant go in windows, i read the motherf!?"* Instructions thats why i downgraded!

I dont have other components to try it with. (Maybe my brothers cpu, but im 99% sure its not cpu problem)
And its not starting when i dont even have ram and gpu in it... It should work like that right?

L37:
I am going to ask some local pc shop about repair, but if its costs as much as a new mobo, then i dont see the point in it.
Programmer and soldering equipment is not basic home stuff that everyone have.
