Not hard to disable all that non-sense and block such traffic via Firewall.

But I suggest that users install Win10 64bit PRO so you can do local accounts and have access to group policy

Yes, many gripe about Google, Microsoft, but overall at the end of the day, that mad user who is now using Linux and Firefox or Opera browser still has all data tracked by their ISP.

"Did you use this to stop MS from gathering information" isn't what I asked. Apart from that the one sentence answer you gave consisted more of words telling me the purpose of the program only it has a yes attached but seperated by a comma. Forget it.

Nvidia also takes your system info when you install geforce Experience .. if you have a problem with Microsoft and its data collection there are ways to deal with it ..

and there are also ways to make win 10 look pretty much like win 7 or even XP if you wish
via classic shell


win 7 also collects data as well as win 8.1 as well as even your web browser does
additionally win 10 Pro can be found cheap ..for an LEGIT OEM key

..if the keys were non legit .. i doubt you'd see them advertise a site that sells unlawful keys as they are a trusted hardware review site , and yes they list that site every month on their main page.


i'll never understand why people do not wanna upgrade .. i had win 10 since it came out .. and have had less issues then i had with any other windows OS

glad i snagged it as a free update yrs ago ..and i'll never wanna go back to win 7 ..i even bought an OEM copy or 10 PRO for the machine i'm on, and had no problem paying $120 for it @ my local microcenter the day i built this PC .
