Will anti fog solution ruin VR headset?

They fog up. Not sure what the stuff is called its going to be lent to me but its supposed to stop glass fogging up. Is this safe?

I use antifog spray applied with a lint free cloth to my sealed goggles for doing milsim stuff all day, it should work.
