Problem with LG Freesync monitor
So I bought two 27' LG monitors equipped with FreeSync a year ago or so, everything was working perfect untill I started noticing some lines drawing at the bottom of my screen, I initially though this was a problem related to my GPU, but after I swapped monitors and problem stopped it was clear that the monitor was faulty, not my GPU. Couple weeks passed and new monitor started doing exactly the same thing and I was ♥♥♥♥♥♥, no way 2 "brand-new" monitors will start dying on me like that ...

I started messing around with settings and I found out that if I lower the refresh rate from 75hz to 60hz this problem stops immediately. What could be causing this issue ? I reinstalled drivers, Windows tried different HDMI ports ...

GTX 1060 6G, i7 7800, 16GB RAM

Both monitors 1080p

Do the monitors support 75hz by default or is it a custom resolution and they normally only support 60hz?

Its possible that the monitors didnt fully support 75hz to begin with and may have been what caused it

seems simple enough, just dont use the 75hz, again its possible that refresh rate being available isnt by design, not knowing what monitors you're using doesnt help us troubleshoot.

They do support 75hz from factory, and now with even further use I realized it started doing the same thing with 60hz too. I will try to reach for the specific model, I think I have thrown away the original package.

Yeah i see there are ones that do have 75hz
But again, if they dont like that refresh for whatever reason then just keep them at 60hz, really not much difference between them anyway

if its doing it at 60hz also they could be faulty (unlikely) or it could have something to do with the monitors settings or the PCs settings.

Try this
go into the NVIDIA CP under Resolution and choose use NVIDIA color settings and hit apply, then see if you still have that problem with both refresh rates

also, see if you have that problem with only 1 monitor connected

LG MK430 is the monitor in question. The problem is they started doing the same thing in 60hz too, and not less important if it has 75hz why would I want to use 60hz ? There's really a huge difference in smoothness in case you are using v-sync.

hmmm...
lots of conflicting info, make sure you got the correct models of the monitors, either check the back/front of the monitors or see what it says on the change resolution page in the NVIDIA CP

You sure this isn't just a crappy hdmi cable issue? Did you try other cables too? Like while at 75hz and test multiple hdmi cables on the same monitor. As I've gone through many hdmi cables on my game consoles due to the very issue you are having, yet it was just crappy cable.

Is hdmi all these monitors have?
Do they not offer DisplayPort?

HDMI cable would be my thoughts too. Just had to replace a 2m HDMI v2 cable as I've been getting white dots randomly appearing on screen. If I set a black background it makes me think of twinkling stars. Only happens at 60hz. when set to 59hz or less its fine. Doesn't happen using my other hdmi v2 cable and 60hz either.
