Fan screws too big for front panel fan mounts
I've just got some Corsair AF120's and mounted one to the rear of my case and one in the top without any issues. Although I can't seem to put one into the mounts at the front of the case, from what I can see the screw holes in the front of case are just too small for the screws to fit through. I have a Corsair 100r case, does anyone have any idea on what I could do?

The only screws I have left are the ones that came with the fan I'm trying to mount and some really really small ones that I have left over from my case which are far too small to install this fan with

Then you may have used the long ones on another fan, where they're not needed, or you need to take a good hard look in the box, Styrofoam and other packets and boxes that shipped with your case.

Worst comes to worst, buy a pack of these: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIAADY4P64484&Description=rubber%20fan%20mounts&cm_re=rubber_fan_mounts-_-9SIAADY4P64484-_-Product
