I know that the WD Blue HDD are a little bit more faster than the greens, but is it a noticeable difference?

WD Blue drives can be significantly faster then the Green ones depending on the model. Green drives are energy efficient ones. Many of these WD Green drives are 5400rpm vs the 7200rpm WD Blue.

Also Green HDDs have all been replaced with SSDs for a few years now, these HDDs are OLD.

I just found an old 250gb WD blue HDD. I was thinking of installing a few games on it to see if load times would be faster. My current HDD is a 2TB WD green.

It's a 250gb HDD. It must be ancient. It's performance will likely be garbage.

Yeah its from 2010. It's a 7200RPM drive though. A bit faster than my green.

But the green has more bits per square inch, so it can read the same or even more data at a lower RPM.
