RealTek High Definition Audio Driver Missing

I noticed that my microphone on my HiFi headset wasn't working anymore on discord for some reason, though I could hear through it just fine. I looked everywhere even in Manage Audio Devices to set a default for it, but it just wasn't there. To make sure it wasn't the headset, I tested it on another laptop and both voice and headphone audio went through just fine on it. So basically, I went to try and get the right driver back straight from the MSI audio driver support section of my specific laptop, installed it, but then it got into a loop of installation and uninstallation of "old RealTek drivers". So basically I have no more 'Realtek High Definition Audio' and the only thing there is the 'Realtek(R) Audio' in my device manager. I'm probably just either really tired to comprehend things right now to just generally stupid at all times. :Miller:

The laptop is a GP63 Leopard 8RE.

(P.S. Random other forums online didn't seem to relate to my problem at all and it's kind of stupid to just believe them all.)

Unistall recent Windows update and/or reinstall audio drivers.

just download realtek hd audio driver from realtek.
when prompted, uninstall previous relatke driver and reboot.
install latest realktek hd audio driver and reboot.

Uninstall audio driver with DDU in safe mode, reboot, then install the driver.

You're probably just encountering an endless install loop because it cannot fully uninstall driver in use.

It's a laptop too, which means the Webcam mic is the default, change this in Windows as well as within Discord. Allow mic usage for apps in Win10

Yeah that wasn't an issue before, I already knew about setting the default mic and everything but apperently Windows 10 is so great and generous with their update that it just rendered my HiFi headset basically useless for voice.
