OP will probably have to install the drivers manually from Intel to fix the issue.

@OP: Never use the Device Mnager to update graphics drivers if you can avoid doing so. The "Automatic Update" feature concerning your hardware in Device manager will only update your hardware's drivers to the most current driver in the system that was listed by Micorsoft's online database.

Make sure you have the latest version of Windows 10 first, then install using those dowanloads. Uninstall any Dell management software you can find on your laptop, it is bloatware for the amount of system RAM you have on your laptop.
As for the "Dell Specific Drivers" comment, that is actually very rare concerning any type of graphics hardware and usually only perttains to propriatry hardware (BIOS and Chipset drivers) that a company manufactured theirselves.
With GPU's' even iGPU's, the brand that they are attached to is relatively unimportant because the core functions of the iGPU in your laptop are exactly the same no matter who manufacutred your laptop.
Motherboard and chipset drivers are actually the only thing you need to download specificlally from whomever manufactured your laptop. So if Dell releases a BIOS update for your specific model, you will need to acquire that update from Dell.
