STEELSERIES ENGINE 3 issue

Hi, so I have my steel series APEX 350 keyboard for a year now and works with steelseries engine 3 for a long time. But few days ago it won't work. I got an update for steel seres engine version 3.13.4 and I update it and keep in mind that the window pops up during the installation and it says steelseries "Apl human interface" and I click install. It works but when all the sudden my PC unexpectedly shuts down and reboots. After that happened, my keyboard is no longer working. Changing the USB ports won't fix it. Rebooting won't fix anything either. That is not when I uninstall my steel series engine and it worked. But when I try to install again(and I click install on that pop up window again) the keyboard is not working again. Then I reinstall the engine again but this time not installing that apl human interface again and it worked. But the macro keys or my layer keys not working. My installation disc which is always from the box was nowhere to be found. And there is not version history on the steelseries website either. I'm currently have no steelseries engine installed right now. If you guys have any other solution, it will be great. I just need my gamesense and my macro keys working again.

Before installing new version uninstall current steelseries engine software and delete anything that is left behind.

Download new version of Engine 3 again. Right click installer and select Run as Administrator to install drivers.
