Changing hardware because of coil whine is a little silly.
Ever stepped foot into a server room? Even the shear amount of fans doesn't drown out the coil whine.
That is just how it is, the nature of the beast that is electricity.
Especially people that play shooters, because it makes mouse movements smoother, even with a 60hz monitor.
I'd rather just look at a little bit of visual tearing (Not that there is much at like 120 fps, at least in my experience.) than have massive delays on everything.
is a z270-A PRIME a good mobo? Is there a good looking motherboard that is black and red colour scheme :/
I'd just stick with it, grab a 8700k or 9700k and a mobo for it when you can. Or wait for Zen2.
It's pointless investing money in a quadcore system these days.
Just my thoughts.
