Alienware Alpha YLOD
Done literally everything I could find on the internet, first night power drain fixed it, second night 3 power drains and unplugging for awhile fixed it, third night had to go beneath the motherboard and disconnect the cmos battery for awhile as directed, now absolutely nothing works after 4 hours of stuff. Had it for 2 years with no problems, i3 ASM100, 8 GB ram, Nvidia graphics card if needed.
CMOS battery replacement will be here soon to hopefully fix it, but I'm the kind of guy who REALLY needs his computer and would appreciate any fix suggestions

If you have no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idea what I'm talking about please look it up and don't ask here what I'm talking about, I've done enough and know enough about computers that I'll probably need a genius to help me now sadly

Would still appreciate help tho

I assume this is the issue you're talking about.

It looks like it may be CMOS battery, motherboard, or RAM.
Try power it on without the battery (the one you charge with the adapter, not CMOS lol) and see if it works only using the adapter.
BTW you don't need to order special CMOS batteries, they're regular CR2032 batteries found pretty much in any shop.
CMOS batteries $0.20 I buy them for my AR-15 scope
@Xisten i have to plug it into the wall through adapter, it has no 3 socket plug? Just the thing that goes into the adapter

I now realize it's not a laptop, ignore what I said as it's not applicable.
Very sorry to add confusion, 99% of people have laptops (why is beyond me) so I just assumed.
