What's your budget for the watercooling parts?
Are you going to overclock? And if you are, do you know that you can get more bang for the buck by simply buying a more powerful CPU and GPU by adding the watercooling budget to the budget for the parts?

1. Nothing over 200
2. Most likely, and don't know what you mean.

if you really want to water cool, expect around 150 USD for a good pump/reservoir combo. then 100 USD for a radiator, another 100-150 USD for tools and tubes and fittings, a good 100-300 USD for waterblocks, 50 USD for liquid, and 50-600 USD (yes 6-0-0) for fans...
There is no cheap water coolign unless you mean an all in one cooler. In thatc ase you obviosly need the AIO Cooler...
In that case I'd be willing to pay 350 most other wise I won;t over clock too much. What's is a good, silent fan for my cpu?

350 is a one way ticket to leak town.

Tell me parts and I'll see how much it costs and then I'll choose if I want to risk because I think parts are fine cheap that they won't leak. But is it even worth it for the price between air and water cooling?

If you not overclock? No. But you could also simply use an AiO cooler instead of goign full water cooling. I gave you a good estimation for that.

you can browse prices for parts on your own.

Depending on your cpu and gpu, ek's aluminium kits are the only way to get a budget custom loop, but you must not mix them with copper and they tend to only fit reference cards, I don't think they have updated it for the 20 series yet either. But, you can get cpu and gpu with a 360mm rad for about 300 bucks.

Going custom copper would be atleast double that (hell my loop came in around £1400).

But, if you are on a tight budget, custom loops probably should be avoided as their cost is better spent on better hardware.

An AIO (Pre-built cooler) is a much cheaper and esier option, and will provide a benefit over an Air Cooler. It is much more worth the money than a full custom loop as well. If you want to water cool the GPU, then you are getting into much more difficult territory. If you really did want to do that, there is actually a Hybrid Air/Water cooled option for the GPU you chose on the same Amazon page. Just choose the option SC HYBRID under Style. Make sure you have a large enough case to fit all the radiators if you do want both watercooled.

In your other thread, I suggested an NZXT H500, but if you want to have both CPU/GPU watercooled, the H700 would probably be a better choice, because you havce much more space to mount the radiators in the case.

Here is a watercooler for the CPU, its a nice cheaper, smaller one. There are obviously better, and a Dual Fan would probably benefit you if you want to pay for it.

https://www.amazon.com/CORSAIR-Hydro-Liquid-Cooler-Radiator/dp/B079NXZQBC/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1543720329&sr=8-2&keywords=AM4+watercooler

Here is a direct link to the GPU Style I mentioned above as well.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076X89CWV/ref=twister_B076VBC4KQ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

If you wanted to do a Dual Fan CPU cooler, you will definatly need a larger case than you have selected. The one you have, and the NZXT H500 are probably the bare minimum you could do for a case if you intend to watercool everything with single 120mm fans.

if you want to custom loop you definetly not want a H700. The radiator support there is still poor. THe Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic currently is one of the best chocie while also having a real low cost.

A single Fan AIO is a huge waste. You coud get way better performance with a decent tower cooler.

Here is the link to my case. https://www.amazon.com/SPEC-Omega-Mid-Tower-Lighting-Included-Tempered/dp/B07B377194/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 Where you see white is actually red and the lighs you can change. I think I just want to cool one of them because of the price so what should I cool and what cooler?

are you looking to do a custom loop or AIO ? Custom loop are you wanting soft tubing or hard tubing? Will you be expanding the loop later down the road? Are you looking for silence or for OC, or combination? Need these answered to help you

Also this is a really good configurator, just put you case, MOBO, graphics card and it does the rest
