Logitech is a well respected and quality brand.
The G502 is around $50-$60 which is perfectly affordable for most people. People don't like spending much more on a mouse.
And the removable weights probably appeal to CSGO players..
its a cheap mouse with macro buttons
weights colors ect..
on sale at amazon for $35 atm

Do you even london?
And yes I know that LG is another business not related to Logitech.
People use it because its a good relituvely cheap mouse, lots use it because others do to be honest.
I'm not a fan of the shape of the Logitech mice myself so don't use them, but they are high on my recommended list due to their fantastic reputation.
Also, I'll bite, which mouse do you use?
For me, they're too big and too heavy to be comfortable. My hand is too small for the grip to work well, and the weight gets annoying very quickly. And so I have a MadCatz RAT-Pro with a magnesium frame. It has an adjustable grip and on the lowest setting it fits really well, and being magnesium it's 20-30% lighter. It also has ceramic feet, which on a hard pad make it feel almost inertialess. I like a featherlight mouse, so that weightless feeling is perfect.
But then again, it costs 4X as much. And only a handful were ever made, AFAIK it's now out of production and the company that made it liquidated.
