PC requirements to run csgo on max settings 120 fps?

I'm in the market for a new pc. I'm not looking to spend very much on the pc because I will be spending most of my time doing work in excel and word. But I do want to play csgo every now and then. So can anyone give me a good budget CPU/GPU that would run csgo on max settings with decently high frames? Thanks in advance.

A simple machine with an APU will be perfectly capable of doing that.

The game should run around 100fps at all times, you can easily upgrade it later by adding a GPU. But the performance will widely differ per map, the newer maps will run significantly worse then the old ones.

Looking at a dozen or so Youtube vids, a Ryzen 2200G, 8GB RAM and a 1050Ti will give you a system capable of running 1080p/max settings that will produce an average of 150FPS, a peak of just over 200FPS and very infrequent drops just below 120FPS.
