1: You have a mITX case, with VERY small clearance for the gpu fans, it would be best to have a blower cooler there
2: the case has bad airflow from the start
3: the gpu is one of the higher clocked RX 580's, you can undervolt it for lower temps.
The temp is fine regardless though.
Edit.
Undervolting will have little effect on temps but will lead to instability or lower performance.
As for airflow I removed the front panel to allow more air to pass through but still only makes 1-2c difference. It's been nearly 11 years since i have built a computer and should have went with a different case. I just built an extreme gaming cumputer for my father using the Phateks Enthoo Evolv X case and LOVE it. Amazing case for cable management and accessories. Couldnt believe I could fit an ITX build IN WITH his gaming build using the EVGA X299 DARK mobo ( It's huge!)... I'm rambling..
I will try to undervolt it if you think that it won't perform poorly afterwards.
@ Monk, I have 2 fans on front blowing out, Top fan is blowing out and rear fan is blowing in... I've tried every different fan config and that's the lowest temps I could get with all fan configs
As long as you find a stable voltage, it won't. THe temps might not be any different, but the gpu will boost higher = better performance.
If the gpu is already hitting maximum boost clockspeed, then you will see lower temperatures instead.
This might sound crazy but are you sure the gpu fans are running?
What are you using to control the gpu fans?
