XFX 580 Too Hot???
So, I had bought an XFX 580 and something seems to be amiss. When playing games the card is way too hot for my liking. Stays around 80-85c and not even on ultra settings. All AAA titles run that hot on medium settings. My monitor is just an ASUS VG245H 1080p. When buying this card it was supposed to run 1080p resolution without breaking a sweat. Seems to not be the case.

Specs are:
i7-8700k @ 5ghz
G.Skill Tridentz RGB 16gb x2 3000
ASROCK Fatal1ty Z370 gaming ITX
Corsair RM750X PSU
NZXT X52 AIO
Samsung 970 PRO 512g M.2 NVMe (OS)
Samsung 970 Evo 1tb SSD
WD Blue 2tb HD
Windows Pro
NZXT H200i ITX Case (White)
ASUS VG245H Gaming Monitor 1080p
Corsair K95 RGB Platinum
Corsair MM800 Polaris RGB mouse pad
XFX Radeon 580 8gb GTS Black Edition OC
Razer Naga Chroma mouse (upgrading this week to Corsair Glaive RGB)
Kingston HyperX Cloud Revolver S

Cheers!!

1: You have a mITX case, with VERY small clearance for the gpu fans, it would be best to have a blower cooler there
2: the case has bad airflow from the start
3: the gpu is one of the higher clocked RX 580's, you can undervolt it for lower temps.

What is your case airflow like? Also try increasing the fan speed on the card.

The temp is fine regardless though.

Edit.

Undervolting will have little effect on temps but will lead to instability or lower performance.

I have thought about finding a gpu AIO but none seem to fit many 500 series cards. I'll be getting a 2080 soon and shouldn't worry much about it but i wouold like to put this gpu into my sons computer I'm building him so I want it to run well.
As for airflow I removed the front panel to allow more air to pass through but still only makes 1-2c difference. It's been nearly 11 years since i have built a computer and should have went with a different case. I just built an extreme gaming cumputer for my father using the Phateks Enthoo Evolv X case and LOVE it. Amazing case for cable management and accessories. Couldnt believe I could fit an ITX build IN WITH his gaming build using the EVGA X299 DARK mobo ( It's huge!)... I'm rambling..
I will try to undervolt it if you think that it won't perform poorly afterwards.

@ Monk, I have 2 fans on front blowing out, Top fan is blowing out and rear fan is blowing in... I've tried every different fan config and that's the lowest temps I could get with all fan configs

As long as you find a stable voltage, it won't. THe temps might not be any different, but the gpu will boost higher = better performance.
If the gpu is already hitting maximum boost clockspeed, then you will see lower temperatures instead.

I'd have front blowing in top and rear as exhaust myself, but the temp is fine for a 580.

First off, that's waaaaay to hot. 50-60c at 50% fan speed is normal using 100% gpu.
This might sound crazy but are you sure the gpu fans are running?
What are you using to control the gpu fans?
