It's really a good idea to replace the PSU now before it blows up on you.
However your CPU will bottleneck at some point.
Your PSU can't be easily upgraded as Dell doesn't use the ATX formfactor.
It does on that model.

however if you have got some money try this card https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Gigabyte-GeForce-GTX-1060-Mini-ITX-OC-3GB-Gaming-VR-Ready-Desktop-Video-Card/173567299412?epid=2254789093&hash=item28696acf54:g:sBsAAOSwfEdbsx4p:rk:4:pf:0

most systems do not need more than 350-400 watt psu with all the efficient parts today as you can see on pcpartpicker or if you calculate the total consumption by yourself... that said it is nice to have scope and something reliable...
And those calculators always calculate to high. I can state as a fact that a heavily overclocked 7700K + GTX 1080 Ti, 6 fans, rgb, 4 ssd's and 1 HDD doesn't even pull 400W in benchmarks. Measured with a watzmeter and through measuring point is the motherboard.
Most Pre-builds with a GTX 1060 are even delivered with a 300W PSU.
The reason higher wattage PSU at 550W+ are recommended are not really the power consumption but the build quality.

Yes. 73W power consumption with overclock. Means you could even run it soley on th PCI-E slot as some do.
Ppl tend to o erestimate the power consumption of their PC.
Like I said, I used a 7700K @5.5GHz @1.465V with 4 SSD, 1 HDD, 6 RGB fans, AIO and a few other power eating components and didn't even reached 400W power consumption.
